Frequently Asked Questions

Are we accepting new patients?

Yes. We are accepting newborns, as well as older children who are looking to transfer from a different physician’s office.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept most major insurances, as well as Passport. Due to contracts with your insurance company, this can change at times, so it is best to contact your insurance company or speak to someone in our billing office before transferring your care, or scheduling an appointment with new insurance.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

What arrangements do you have for after-hours questions?

We always have a physician on call after office hours. Calls placed to our office after hours are directed to our answering service and/or after hours. Questions are first addressed by nurses using nationally developed guidelines. If they are unable to address your concerns, or if you feel you need further information, the call can then be directed to the on call physician.

Do I have to see the same provider every time I come to the office?

No, you may see a different provider with each visit, or you may choose to see a specific provider as often as possible. We do our best to accommodate the preferences of our patients and their families.

Can I go to either office, or do I have to go to only one?

You may choose to schedule your upcoming appointment at either of the offices. Our electronic medical records system is the same for both offices, and your records transfer seamlessly from one location to the other.
